At Green Glam, we strive for seamless delivery of each piece — from our workshop to your doorstep.
Processing & Fulfillment
● Orders typically enter processing within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
● Once processed, standard shipping takes 7–14 business days to deliver (U.S. domestic).
● For expedited orders (if offered), delivery may occur in 5–7 business days.
● Overall, customers should expect their order to arrive within 14 business days from order confirmation, barring unforeseen delays.
Shipping Rates & Options
● Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service.
● We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders — details will appear at checkout.
● All shipments are fully insured and include tracking.
International Shipping
● We offer international shipping; however, customs duties, VAT, and local taxes are not included and are the recipient’s responsibility.
● Delivery times may vary by country due to customs processing and local carrier operations.
Shipping Exceptions & Delays
● In rare cases (e.g. high demand, supply chain delays), processing may take longer. We will notify you promptly of any extended delays.
● Damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for claim support.
