Welcome to Green Glam. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of greenglamusa.com (the “Site”) and any purchases of jewelry, goods, or services from Green Glam (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.
Business Operations & Order Acceptance
● All products offered on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at any time.
● Pricing, availability, and product offerings may change without notice. Once your order is confirmed, pricing and availability at that moment are honored.
● Green Glam may require additional verifications or information before accepting or shipping an order (for security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance). We may refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
Customer (User) Responsibilities

● Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site must be brought in the courts located in New York County, New York.
● In the event any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
