Easy 30-Day Returns
We want you to love your jewelry. If it’s not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
● Jewelry must be in original, unworn condition
● All tags, packaging, and certificates must be included
● Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned:
● Custom-made or personalized jewelry
● Engraved pieces
● Final sale or promotional items
● Gift cards
How It Works
1. Contact us at sales@greenglamusa.com or call +1 (212) 652-7108.
2. Receive your prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
3. Pack the jewelry securely with all original packaging.
4. Drop it off or schedule a pickup with the carrier.
Refunds
● Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
● Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
● Exchanges are shipped promptly once we receive your item.
Eco-Friendly Returns
We encourage reusing our original packaging for returns. Items that can’t be restocked are responsibly recycled to reduce waste.

● Exchanges are not supported for purchases made via Klarna. Only refunds will be processed for those orders.
